Conference:"First World Meeting of the Public Choice Societies"
The conference aims to present current issues of New Political Economy and policy-orientated economic theory to an international audience of economists. About 200 papers will be presented in plenary meetings and parallel sessions dealing with current issues in all fields of Public Choice.
There will be three plenary sessions with keynote lectures by:

"Information Aggregation by Voting"
-Susan Rose-Ackerman (Yale University)
"Public Choice, Public Law and Public Policy"
-Guido Tabellini (Bocconi University, Milan)
"Democratic Capital: The nexus of political and economic change".
